CYD ("we", "us") is responsible for your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
3.1 What we collect
- When you take the quiz: your first name, email address, and your answers (for example the pattern result, your goal, what your day looks like, and how many minutes a day you can give). We don't ask for medical information. Please don't send us health details or medical records.
- When you buy: your name, email and payment details, which are collected by Whop and its payment providers. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your contact details.
- When you open our emails or use our site: basic technical data such as your device, browser, approximate location and whether you opened or clicked emails.
3.2 How we use it
- To show you your quiz result and personalize your plan.
- To send you your result and helpful follow-up emails about the Program.
- To deliver the Program, manage access and provide support.
- To improve the quiz and the Program.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases (if you're in the UK or EU): consent (emails and marketing), performing our contract with you (delivering your purchase), and our legitimate interests (running and improving our business).
3.3 Who we share it with
We use trusted services to run things, and they process data on our behalf:
- Whop (checkout, payments, course and community)
- MailerLite (email)
- n8n and Airtable (automation and our lead records)
- Cloudflare (hosting and security)
- Telegram (internal notifications to us)
We don't sell your personal data.
3.4 International transfers
Some of these services are based outside your country. When data is transferred, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
3.5 How long we keep it
We keep quiz and email data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and purchase records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
3.6 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these, email airy@cyd-corp.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
3.7 Emails and unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. We may still send essential messages about your purchase.
3.8 Cookies
Our quiz page doesn't use advertising cookies. Third-party services (such as Whop and MailerLite) may use their own cookies, covered by their policies.
3.9 Children
The quiz and Program are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
3.10 Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
3.11 Changes
We'll update the date above if we change this policy.
